Day 15: Tell someone you work with how they make your job easier

Happy Monday! Our challenge today is to tell someone you work with, or see every day, how they make your job easier.  It’s easy to let business and the routine of the week take over. I often appreciate people in my mind, but it’s good to be reminded how important it is to slow down and share that appreciation out loud. Hope you get a chance to share some kind thoughts with someone today!

This photo is from a day when some lovely souls threw me a surprise celebration for my 15 year anniversary with the non-profit where I had been working. It was a total surprise and left me feeling so loved. I still tear up at the kind words spoken that day and the people who came from near and far just for me.
