Day 11: Gratitude Walk
Take a gratitude walk today speaking out what you are grateful for. This challenge for Kindness Month may require those of us in colder climates to bundle up a bit, but it will also allow us to consider even more things for which to be grateful! Give yourself freedom to go at a slower pace. Allow other thoughts, but really focus on gratitude.
Studies show that practicing gratitude lowers stress and has positive psychological benefits. This challenge is a double win because it not only shows kindness to ourselves, but as people come to your mind you might choose to let them know why you are grateful for them and keep the gratitude rhythm going!
