Leave a kind note for your mail carrier

The kindness challenge for this TGIF is to leave a kind note and maybe a $5 coffee card for your mail carrier. It’s easy to take for granted that our mail is delivered to our door everyday, rain or shine-or freeze, as it’s a high of 22 degrees here today.

People often wonder what bees do during the freezing months. They stick together in a cluster surrounding the honey they’ve stored up and keep their group at a toasty 95 degrees. Winter bees aren’t hibernating, they work hard using their wings to heat up their bodies.
