Day 2: Move your body!
Our challenge today is to move our bodies. On busy days making sure to get some blood flowing can take a back seat to my to-do list. I definitely feel better when I make time to move my body. I’m off to take this little cutie on a walk around the park. Henry is happier when I choose some time outside too! ️ Hope you all join me in taking some time to do something kind for your body today.
