It’s the first day of Kindness Month!❤️ Here we go!
Today’s #beekind2021 challenge is to write yourself a kind note and put it up somewhere to see all month. You could put it on your mirror as a simple reminder to yourself each morning. I put a few notes up on this door in my bedroom so I can see them every time I walk into my room.
Self-compassion is proven to lower the heart rate and increase immunity. It is believed that this turns off the threat response which is thought to negatively affect immunity. We are literally healthier when we are kind to ourselves and others!
